Welcome to my life.

welcome-454456_1920

Welcome to my life,
but a word of caution do I spare.
Don’t expect a paradise,
for it’s a carnival that’s very rare.

Be ready for many surprises,
and many more to come.
When you least expect it,
you might hear the warning drum.

For there is much excitement,
and nuisance in the air.
I hope you feel quite at home,
and don’t ever regret for being there.

Welcome to my life,
but a word of caution do I spare.
Don’t expect a paradise,
for it’s a carnival that’s very rare.

  1. Great! It’s indeed a noble move for Annadine Charles to extend “Welcome to Her Life”, but in a cautious poetic style!
I know it will be indeed unrealistic to “expect a paradise”; anyway, it will be amusing to find oneself in a “carnival of rare kind”, where there is “much excitement” in spite of “nuisance in the air”!
Am looking forward to making it there soon; I know I am going to “feel quite at home”; and, as such, I won’t “ever regret for being there” in spite of “nuisance in the air”, if at all any, to my surprise!
Thanks, Annadine, for the cautious “Welcome” to let others share some sober aspects of Your Life!
